It's time to reset, reconnect... Retreat!

Join the Drs. Kendall for a day of escape in nature as you learn to slow down & disconnect from the daily chaos.  Throughout your time at the Kendall family property, you'll connect with the current season and learn tools to keep you centered. 

The 7-hour retreat includes simple practices for breathing, eating, stretching, and thinking which all culminate in a centering acupuncture treatment.

Why Retreat?
As we go through life and things get busy, it’s easy to get distracted. Even our best intentions can get away from us at times. It’s important to take time to be intentional, allowing us to come back to center, and reconnect with ourselves. Dr. Jud designed the Retreat around just that. 
This day retreat integrates his classic concept of Breathing, Eating, Stretching, and Thinking our way back to our intentions. Dr. Jud will give you simple examples of Yin and Yang to help you achieve balance in your daily life. 

Everyone wants to be their best but it is hard to put in the effort daily to do it. 

When was the last time you took a deep breath? 

How about the last time you really paid attention to what you put into your body, 
food and otherwise? 

Can you remember when you last had a regular exercise program or 
chose to let your mind be quiet and settle? 

Have you ever caught yourself in an unhealthy thought and chose to think differently? 

What to Expect:
Your journey begins as we learn the power of intention with an intention-setting and mala-building workshop. We then dive deeper with a simple nature walk with Dr. Jud to help you connect with the world around you and open up your senses to the season at hand. Following your nature walk, the doctors will teach you about the qualities of the current season, giving you tips and tricks on how to be your BEST.  The group then enjoys a healthy lunch from Central Market, giving you space to connect with fellow participants. Next, we learn how to calm the mind & body with breathwork and gentle yoga followed up with a centering acupuncture treatment. 

This 9 am-4 pm day retreat includes:

Nature Hike: Using nature as the backdrop, follow Dr. Jud on a light hike/nature walk and practice connecting natural movement with your breath. 

Yoga with Centering Acupuncture: After a 60-minute gentle yoga session, Dr. Jud will be administering a 10 to 15-minute centering acupuncture treatment. 

Living a Natural Lifestyle: Being a second-generation chiropractor, Dr. Pam has been steeped in natural living her whole life. She will discuss topics that range from the Vagus nerve, mindfulness practices, raising healthy children, living in season, and other tips and pointers on a natural lifestyle. 

Mala Making and Intention Setting: The day will begin with setting some intentions for the season, you then will choose beads that best match your intention and create a mala necklace.  This mala serves as a physical reminder of the intentions you set.

Lunch and snacks are catered by Central Market.
